PACE reverse engineered this switch plate and designed and built LED and switch subassemblies that cost 50% less than the OEM parts originally specified. PACE owns the UL listing for these subassemblies. Units are manufactured at the PACE Technologies plant in China and delivered JIT to the customer’s stateside distribution points. Production volume is about one million units per year.
With cost engineering as a core competency, PACE can routinely save 25% to 50% on component assemblies.
