Manufacturers of consumer and business electronics count on PACE for cost effective, injection molding design and manufacturing. PACE developed the engineering drawings for the molded plastic parts shown here (housings for a remote control unit and for a medical device) from the customer’s concept sketches and fabricated the tools at the PACE Technologies plant in China. Turnaround, from final plans to production, was eight weeks. PACE manufactured 100,000 units per year and helped reduce the upfront costs by amortizing the cost of tooling in the unit costs.
PACE delivered on time, at a low cost that gave the customer a competitive advantage.
