PACE designed and fabricated the adjustable headband, energy efficient, multi-directional LED lamp, and plastic injection-molded battery housing with overmold capability. Turnkey assembly at the PACE Technology plant in China keeps production costs low. Value added services include labeling, packaging, and store-ready shipment. PACE delivered 15,000 units per year.
PACE handled the complex manufacturing process for this product and delivered a store-ready product, complete with packaging and user instructions – all for a low cost that allows the customer to sell this headlamp for an extremely competitive retail price of less than $20.
