For this store-ready fence kit, PACE created custom-tooled plastic fence posts, fabricated special weather-resistant polywire for electrical transmission, and provided silkscreen labeling, complete packaging, and bar coding. PACE owns the UL listing for the custom designed plug-in power supply, which uses direct discharge technology. Production volume is 20,000 units per year.
PACE delivered this turnkey product, which requires labor intensive manufacturing and must meet strict regulatory certifications, at an extremely competitive cost.
